As an AKG Job Coach you will be responsible for ensuring all customers on your caseload receive efficient and effective delivery of Employment Services to gain sustainable employment.

Your Key Responsibilities
Create employment opportunities for customers
Help clients identify strengths and secure work
Deliver quality service to customers, employers and stakeholders
Build customer capacity for sustainable employment
Develop tailored job plans for each employment journey
Build relationships with employers, training and community organisations
Accurate and timely data entry
About You
Passionate about supporting customers and working with local community networks
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience in a performance-driven environment
Computer literate
Requirements
Full working rights in Australia
Australian criminal history check
Current, or willingness to obtain, Working with Children Check
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
