Do you want to make a real difference in a team that values connection and care? Country Hearing Care is hiring a Clinical Services Officer to support our Bendigo Clinic.
Managing the clinic schedule to keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently.
Greeting and liaising with our wonderful clients, creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door.
Generating invoices and processing payments accurately and seamlessly.
Managing sensitive client health information with the utmost care, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Assisting clients with minor hearing aid maintenance to help keep them connected to the world around them.
Answering and managing phone calls, serving as the friendly voice and first point of contact for our community.

What are we looking for?
We welcome applications from motivated, compassionate professionals who possess the following:
- Proven Experience: Background in medical reception, clinical administration, or high-level customer service roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong dedication to delivering top-tier client care.
- Tech & Admin Savvy: Strong computer literacy with experience in scheduling software, invoicing, and patient management systems.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort and confidence in learning to perform minor, hands-on hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage phone inquiries, and handle face-to-face interactions in a busy clinic setting.
- Discretion: High degree of integrity and care when managing confidential health records.
This role is 3 days per week. 9:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
