As part of our offering, HOYTS has welcomed Ben & Jerry's to the family. We now distribute the Ben & Jerry's ice cream range across 14 of our HOYTS Cinemas in Australia and New Zealand, offering our guests the highest quality ice cream.

The Job

HOYTS is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Ben & Jerry's Crew Members to join our team and help share our love of ice cream. We need dedicated and hardworking team members to be the face of HOYTS and the first point of contact for our guests.

You'll help bring the Ben & Jerry's brand to life. On any given day, you could be:

• Greeting and engaging with guests
• Scooping ice cream
• Sharing the Ben & Jerry's brand values
• Maintaining cleanliness and store presentation

• We’re seeking team members who can commit to a flexible roster, especially during peak times like weekends, evenings, public holidays, and school holidays. Regular availability during these periods is essential. Please be ready to share your availability when applying

• Crew Members are employed on a permanent part-time basis, giving you the opportunity to really own your role and build long-lasting connections. As a part-time team member, you’ll have guaranteed minimum hours and access to paid leave entitlements. A standard shift is generally a minimum of 4 hours, and you’ll be rostered for at least 8 hours per week. Your agreed part-time hours will always be scheduled within your stated availability, and rosters are released each Friday in Australia, for the week commencing the following Thursday.
