About the role

Bunge is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative, financial and operational support across both Bunbury Town Office and Bunbury Port sites.

This role acts as a central coordination point between site operations, logistics, finance, HR and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day office management, maintaining compliance and supporting smooth business operations.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift in line with operational needs.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to leadership and site teams
  • Manage correspondence, mail, courier services and key communications
  • Maintain office facilities, equipment and workspace standards
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, events and site logistics
  • Procure office supplies, PPE, uniforms and operational materials
  • Support data entry, grain inventory administration and discrepancy investigation
  • Process invoices and assist with finance, audit and record management activities
  • Maintain compliance documentation, support safety initiatives, and assist with recruitment and onboarding

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role within an operational, logistics or industrial environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with business systems (e.g. SAP or similar) desirable
  • Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Current and valid C class driver’s license
