Logistics & Facilities Support Officer ( LC10)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Facilities Support Officer to support enterprise logistics operations, facilities coordination and stakeholder engagement within a Defence environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of logistics, maintenance, security and asset management activities while supporting operational readiness and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistics operations including consignment dispatch, supplies acceptance, stock verification, security documentation and supply chain activities.

• Coordinate facility maintenance activities, including service requests, preventative maintenance scheduling and contractor access requirements.

• Assist with procurement activities for facility maintenance, assets and consumables while maintaining accurate records.

• Engage with stakeholders to support operational outcomes, transport bookings, movement planning and facility governance activities.

• Provide logistics, facilities and security support, including participation in on-call security functions as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively solve problems and manage competing

priorities.

• Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills.

• Experience within Defence logistics, facilities, supply chain or operational support environments.

• Previous Defence Enterprise and/or Explosive Ordnance experience is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

• Current NV2 Security Clearance (PV highly regarded).

• Ability to work onsite in NSW.

• Australian Citizenship.
