Our client is a global leader in automation technology and engineering services, supporting customers across a range of industrial and manufacturing sectors.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage customer repair products and service processes to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Develop, maintain and adjust production and repair schedules to maximise resource utilisation while meeting customer delivery requirements.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries regarding standard exchange equipment, pricing and availability.
- Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays or scheduling changes to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate planning, scheduling and operational data within SAP and other business systems.
- Support inventory and equipment availability planning to ensure timely service delivery.
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a Production Planner, Service Planner, Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or similar coordination role.
- Strong SAP experience and confidence working with planning and scheduling systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
