Group 10 Consulting has an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Services and Support team as the Business Operations and Enablement Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, current student nearing graduation, or someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations, project support, administration, people and culture initiatives, and business improvement.
You'll work closely with experienced leaders across the business, build valuable professional skills, and play an important role in helping our consultants deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

As part of our Corporate Services and Support Team, you'll help keep the business running smoothly while supporting initiatives that make Group 10 a great place to work.
Duties and responsibilities
The Business Operations and Enablement Coordinator will report directly to the General Manager People, Performance and Delivery. With plenty of support, assistance and coaching, this role will be responsible for:
- Contract administration and hygiene of all Group 10 client contracts.
- Maintaining Group 10's Opportunity Tracker to ensure an accurate and holistic picture of future resource demand.
- Supporting the implementation of the Group 10 Business Plan through supporting initiatives, as directed.
- Provision of support to Group 10's Chief Security Officer and Security Officer in maintaining Group 10's DISP accreditation.
- Supporting all Group 10 employee events, by assisting with coordination, planning, set up, pack up (where required) and attending all events in person.
- Administrative support services and other duties as required.
This position is expected to be onsite in the Group 10 Office. Flexible / hybrid work arrangements are subject to agreement and are to be in line with the broader Corporate Services team members.
The position may be considered for part-time employment at a minimum of 3 days per week. Full time permanent is also definitely an option.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The Business Operations and Enablement Coordinator will have the following knowledge, skills, experience or qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to handle unpredictable workloads and self-manage tasks,
- Attention to detail,
- A high standard of professional presentation, including a demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of staff,
- Customer service focused, with the ability to provide outstanding and timely service,
- Ability to work independently and also as part of the Group 10 Corporate Services and Support Team.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
- This role requires Australian Citizenship.
- A Federal Government Security Clearance may be required following commencement.
