Accounts Payable Officer

The Organisation

Our client based on Brisbane's northside are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team on an initial 3-month contract, ideally starting immediately.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role supporting the Accounts Payable function, managing a high volume of transactions and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.

• Accounts Payables
• High-volume invoice processing and coding
• Data entry
• Responding to supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining supplier records and master data
• Supporting the wider finance team as required

About You

To Succeed In This Role, You'll Have

• Previous experience in Accounts Payables
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Strong systems capability and confidence learning new processes
