About the Role

As a Process Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping transform premium ingredients into products trusted by thousands of Australians every day.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and performance targets are achieved
  • Conducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Maintaining production supplies and materials to keep operations running smoothly
  • Meeting daily production schedules and deadlines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiency
  • Working closely with team members across production and quality teams
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment
  • Following all health, safety and quality procedures

What You’ll Bring

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, process operation or packaging environment (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
  • A Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
