We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Content Lead who will play a key role in delivering consumer education and communications focused on scam prevention. This is an opportunity to shape how customers access critical information, helping them recognise scams, understand what action to take and stay protected.
Working as part of a collaborative program, you'll lead the development of clear, engaging and accessible content across digital channels while partnering with stakeholders across marketing, digital, customer experience and operational teams.
The Opportunity This role is responsible for owning the strategy, development and delivery of consumer-facing scam education content across web, support and customer communication channels.
You'll ensure content is accurate, easy to understand and simple to find, while supporting broader awareness campaigns and communications that help customers respond quickly to emerging scam threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage consumer education content across digital and support channels.
- Create clear, plain-English content that helps customers identify, avoid and report scams.
- Deliver communications for customers impacted by scam activity.
- Coordinate content aligned to seasonal awareness campaigns and broader consumer education initiatives.
- Improve content discoverability through SEO and user-focused content design.
- Establish and manage an ongoing communications calendar across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Partner with digital, marketing and operational teams to ensure consistent customer messaging.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You You'll be an experienced content professional with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences and simplifying complex information.
You'll bring:
- Experience developing consumer-facing content across websites, support platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, customer-friendly language.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital content strategy and content discoverability.
- Experience planning and coordinating communications or awareness campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience within consumer protection, fraud prevention, financial services, telecommunications or public awareness campaigns will be highly regarded but is not essential.
