Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.

Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Configure ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Portal solutions.

Perform scripting, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to deliver solutions.

Skill Requirements

ServiceNow Development & Administration

JavaScript, Glide Script, GlideRecord, GlideAjax

REST/SOAP APIs & Integrations

ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog

Agile/Scrum and ITIL knowledge
