The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Play a key role in bringing our brand to life across leading national retailers including David Jones, Myer and Kitchen Warehouse. Partner with National Account Managers to execute outstanding Visual Merchandising strategies that inspire customers, strengthen brand visibility and drive sales growth across the region.
This is a remote role based in QLD with travel to stores around Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast required.
The role is part-time, working an average of 23.5 hours per week over 4 days.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly merchandising activities and ensure Le Creuset display standards are maintained across national retail accounts.
- Maximise sales through effective product placement, promotional displays, and optimal stock presentation on the shop floor.
- Build strong relationships with store teams to support brand growth and drive sales performance.
- Deliver product training, support demonstrations, and assist with customer and consumer enquiries.
- Identify and report stock issues, including damaged or faulty products, and liaise with Head Office to facilitate resolution.

- Strong background in Visual Merchandising
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Experience with sales support
- A passion for cooking and kitchenware
- The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Ability to conduct training workshops
- Commercial awareness
- Methodical and organised approach
- Adaptable and flexible
- Valid clean drivers licence
