About You

You're curious, confident and comfortable taking ownership. Whether at university, in a previous role or through an extracurricular initiative, you may have led a project that required you to bring people together, manage multiple stakeholders and drive an outcome.

You enjoy learning, asking questions and building relationships, and you're not afraid to step up and lead, even when you're doing something for the first time.

What Your Days Look Like

Support the development and delivery of packaging solutions for new products, line extensions and packaging improvements

Lead packaging artwork updates and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders

Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Engineering and external suppliers to deliver projects successfully

Manage technical documentation, packaging specifications and project data

Contribute to packaging sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Participate in site trials and travel to manufacturing locations as required

The Ingredients For Success

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

Hungry to learn, confident to ask questions and eager to take ownership

A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Materials Science, Engineering, Industrial Design or a related discipline

Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships across different teams

Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability and critical thinking capability

Ability to take ownership of projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders

Previous experience in FMCG, packaging, manufacturing or product development is beneficial but not essential
