You'll lead our expansion across the Gold Coast, attracting quality investors and landlords, building developer relationships, and positioning QSL Collective as the premium property management brand of choice. You won't just build a rent roll. You'll help shape an asset.

What you'll be doing

• Generating new managements through strategic prospecting, networking and structured follow up
• Building high value relationships with developers, investors and referral partners
• Presenting confidently and converting enquiries into signed managements
• Owning your pipeline and performance metrics with discipline
• Representing QSL Collective at industry events and within key networks
• Managing the leasing process from enquiry through to handover to our Property Management team

Admin isn't your job. Our team handles onboarding and day-to-day so you can focus on generating business.

What you bring

• Proven results in BDM, rent roll growth, leasing or property sales
• Strong Gold Coast market knowledge with established local relationships
• Current QLD Real Estate Licence
• Polished communication with strong closing ability
• Commercial acumen, self-leadership and drive
• Valid driver's licence
