Technical Delivery Lead

One of Australia's most recognised enterprise organisations, delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives that impact millions of customers. They're investing heavily in modernising their digital product landscape and need an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery and evolution of key customer-facing products.

You'll join a high-performing technology function where delivery goes beyond project execution, partnering with Technology and Business leaders to shape product strategy, investment decisions and long-term success.

This isn't a typical Delivery Lead position. You'll own products across their full lifecycle - from business cases and investment through to delivery, vendor management and post-launch optimisation.

Working with Product Managers, Business stakeholders and Engineering teams, you'll ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully while balancing commercial outcomes, customer experience and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic digital products across their full lifecycle
• Partner with Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities
• Build business cases and support investment planning and budgeting
• Manage delivery, reporting and PMO activities
• Coordinate engineering teams alongside onshore and offshore delivery partners
• Drive vendor relationships and ensure delivery quality and commercial outcomes
• Ensure successful transition into BAU, measuring product success beyond delivery

You'll bring:

• Experience delivering complex enterprise digital products across the full lifecycle
• Prior Product Owner or Product Management experience is highly regarded
• Strong business case, budgeting and investment experience
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior Technology and Business leaders
• Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery partners
• A commercial mindset focused on measurable business outcomes
