With an increase in workload, we're looking for someone to inherit an established portfolio while bringing their own personality, ideas and style to the role.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a cold desk. In fact, it’s red hot!

You’ll step into a well-established portfolio built on years of trusted relationships, giving you immediate access to active clients, quality vacancies and an extensive network of candidates.

You'll work alongside experienced Executive Recruiters who specialise in law and who genuinely enjoy mentoring others and sharing their knowledge. From day one, you'll have the support, resources and autonomy to build your own reputation within Queensland's legal market.

Our clients range from mid-tier national and global law firms, government departments and leading in-house legal teams. We also do work for a few boutique specialist firms.

Some of our Senior Client Advisors also facilitate high-level Partner appointments as well as create new vertical portfolios for firms looking at team acquisitions.

Whether we're helping a client build an entirely new legal team or assisting a lawyer with the next step in their career, every conversation is about creating long-term success.

For this role, we're open to both full-time and part-time applications (3 days per week or more), as well as flexible working hours for the right person. We know exceptional people don't always fit a traditional full-time schedule, so we're happy to have a conversation about what works best.

Ancillary to this, we also provide extensive workplace flexibility with full-time staff enjoying 2 and sometimes 3 days remote working. For us, time in the office is more about connection, collaboration and shared success, than simply being there for the sake of it.

Every day looks different, but you'll:

• Maintain trusted relationships with lawyers, legal support professionals and employers across Queensland.
• Partner closely with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to successful appointment.
• Conduct interviews, provide career advice and salary guidance, and become a trusted advisor to your market.
• Build your own personal brand through networking, digital media platforms, as well as business development and client relationship management.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients and candidates.
