Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Smithfield Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices.
