Resolutions is seeking experienced Casual Clinical Coders who want meaningful, flexible work with trusted healthcare clients. This role is designed around what you can deliver—not just the duties on a position description. You will take ownership of high-quality coding work, work independently from home and contribute to accurate health information, funding integrity and better client outcomes. With 8 to 40 hours per week available, great market rates based on experience and genuine individual flexibility arrangements, you can build work around your personal commitments while being part of an experienced and supportive coding team.
About the Role
- Deliver accurate, timely and compliant clinical coding across a variety of public and private healthcare settings.
- Use your judgement to identify documentation gaps, coding queries and issues that may affect DRG assignment, data quality or client outcomes.
- Work independently from home while maintaining clear communication, reliable workload updates and professional client service.
- Adapt to different specialties, client systems and workflows while maintaining quality and productivity expectations.
- Contribute to a practical, experienced team that values coding quality, professional trust and continuous improvement.

About You
- You are comfortable with different client systems, technology and workflows, and completing coding with appropriate feedback and support.
- You are self motivated and can manage routine coding work, meet agreed timeframes and escalate documentation or access issues early.
- You are reliable and known for delivering quality coding, maintaining professional communication and contributing to client confidence and team knowledge.
- You bring at least 3 years’ tertiary hospital coding experience, are a “life long learner”, have strong ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS knowledge, sound judgement and the ability to work with confidentiality and minimal supervision.
