The opportunity

The Analyst – Growth & Delivery is a new role that provides analytical support for delivery-related business processes (including their effective use of enabling systems, e.g. Planview PPM Pro for portfolio management). The position primarily supports, and receives day-to-day guidance from, the Senior Analyst – Performance & Reporting, and provides ad hoc support more broadly across two central support units, including Performance, Analytics & Reporting, and Market Engagement. The position is required to work closely with key users of the relevant business processes, such as portfolio managers, project managers, team leads, and enabling functions. This role is a full-time 12-month contract role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Establishing log-in details, user access, setup, and permissions for new resources in Planview PPM Pro and related delivery systems.
  • Maintaining resource details, including changes to band, role, hours per week, timesheet approvers, team leads, managers, and other organisational information.
  • Maintaining the Planview organisation calendar and hierarchy to support accurate capacity reporting and reflect organisational changes.
  • Supporting updates to request and opportunity workflows, including fields, approvals, and gate processes, in consultation with process owners and system users.
  • Testing new workflow, field, and configuration setups in the sandbox environment before changes are moved into the live environment.
  • Coordinating Planview setup for new projects, including participation in project kick-off processes and establishment of project budgets and required system information.
  • Supporting ongoing project administration activities, including monthly invoicing review using Wiise invoice reports and follow-up with Project Managers where required.
  • Coordinating project close-out administration, ensuring relevant Planview records, fields, logs, budgets, and status information are finalised or updated as required.
  • Providing training to new users and practical day-to-day support to existing users, escalating complex matters where required.
  • Providing project support to teams where required, including assistance with system use, project information, logs, tasks, risks, variations, and portfolio information.
  • Completing fortnightly process to provide Planview job-costing data to Finance, including coordination of required approvals and follow-up.

About You

  • Experience in administration, project support, business systems support, data coordination, or reporting support.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and record management.
  • Understanding of project management processes
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ideally, experience administering or supporting project portfolio management systems or comparable workflow system.
