Lube Technician - Sydney Airport

The Opportunity

This is a Sydney-based role with a global organisation, offering 4 days on 4 days off shifts or Monday-Friday, and great exposure to the aviation industry. TCR welcomes and encourages women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and veterans to apply.

As a Lube Technician at TCR, You Will

• Utilise your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment
• Perform routine lubrication, fluid changes, filter replacements and general mechanical inspections
• Support senior technicians by preparing equipment and performing mechanical tasks
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with fabricators, technicians and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions

Skills & Experience

• Certificate II or higher in Automotive Servicing Technology (or equivalent trade qualification)
• Own tools
• Current and valid driver's licence
• Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems or electrical systems is a plus
• A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies and procedures
• A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player
