About The Role
Due to company growth, we are seeking a proactive customer service person to oversee various contracts in our metering connections team.
Located in Laverton, this dynamic role involves managing schedules for field employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling and addressing inquiries across our inbound and outbound customer service channels
- Monitoring, controlling, and managing work orders and job requests.
- Daily management of schedules.
- Data entry and reporting.
- Assisting field staff with enquiries.
- Liaising with clients and plumbers.
- Complete jobs-management and invoicing requirements as required
- Assisting with the processing of quotations
- Administration and ad hoc duties
- Conduct work reviews and audits for quality improvement purposes
- Follow up on incomplete or problematic jobs to ensure completion and customer satisfaction

- Experience in a Customer Service environment, answering and handling telephone/email enquiries.

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to prioritise your workload.
