The Harvey Norman Bundall Bathroom’s team is seeking a passionate and driven Manager/2IC. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Great Service, Always!

Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential – we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and gross profit targets
• Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
• Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
• Ensure all sales processes are completed thoroughly
• Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards
• Communicate with suppliers and manage faulty stock returns
• Act as a key point of contact for customers
• Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
• Represent the brand professionally and proactively manage expectations
• Maintain product knowledge and engage with customer needs

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years retail experience
• Previous management experience in a retail environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to leadership
