Independent Tenant Practitioner – Special Interest in Running

Acland Street Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial physiotherapist who wants to grow their own caseload, professional reputation and long-term career within an established boutique clinic.

This is not a salaried or KPI-driven private practice role.

You will operate as an independent tenant practitioner with strong autonomy, flexible hours, an attractive percentage-based arrangement and access to infrastructure that would take years to build

independently.

The opportunity

Through Melbourne Running Clinic, we are growing a dedicated running injury, rehabilitation and performance service across St Kilda, Prahran and South Yarra.

• Running injuries and gait assessment

• Sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy

• Strength and conditioning

• Tendon and return-to-sport rehabilitation

• Reformer Pilates

• Persistent pain

• Building a recognised clinical niche

You do not need to arrive with a full caseload, but you should be motivated to build one through excellent care, strong communication and community engagement.

About you

• Hold general AHPRA registration

• Be confident managing an MSK caseload independently

• Have Australian private practice experience

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and communication

• Have an interest in sport, running or active rehabilitation

• Want to build a recognised clinical niche

• Be professional, reliable and patient-centred

• Have the right to work in Australia

Experience in running injuries, sports physiotherapy, strength and conditioning or Pilates would be highly regarded.
