Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Sydney Based

We are currently delivering over 30 studies across Asia Pacific supporting sponsors ranging from innovative start-ups to global medical device companies across early feasibility, first-in-human, post market medical device studies

We're looking for someone who:

Has monitoring experience in medical devices or interventional clinical trials.

Values quality over bureaucracy.

Enjoys building genuine relationships with investigators and sponsors.

Wants the autonomy to make good decisions, backed by an experienced leadership team.

Takes pride in delivering studies properly—not just ticking boxes.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and the ability to ensure consistent protocol adherence at study sites.
• Knowledge of clinical trials processes and methodology, including study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Demonstrated research and analytical skills to evaluate data quality, identify issues, and support evidence-based decisions.
• Experience in clinical operations, including coordination with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., GCP) are an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines for clinical research.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems; attention to detail and high standards of documentation.
• Willingness to travel to clinical sites as required.
