About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the showroom-guiding customers through their purchasing journey, understanding their needs, and helping them select furniture they'll love for years to come.

This role is weekend-focused and requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend trade is essential to success in this position, so flexibility here is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
• Confidently sell high-value furniture and homewares
• Maintain immaculate showroom presentation
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups with care and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive store success

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail sales (furniture or big-ticket highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, professional presentation
• Target-driven with a genuine passion for customer service
• Full availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic
