Studio Coordinator

We're hiring! Club Coco is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our small but mighty studio.

This is a part-time role (4 days/week) and genuinely remote-friendly for the right person - we care more about how you work than where you work from.

You'll be the glue between our clients and our design team: keeping projects on track, making sure clients feel looked after every step of the way, and jumping in on graphic design and social media when we need an extra pair of hands. Think less "content calendar only," more "you make the studio run smoother."

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating projects and timelines alongside our Project Manager, Ambar
• Being a warm, reliable point of contact for client queries and updates
• Supporting graphic design tasks across brand and social projects
• Planning and creating content for Club Coco's own social media

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational skills — you don't let things slip
• A genuine, people-first approach to customer service
• Confidence with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• An eye for good design and a feel for social content that connects
• 1–3 years' experience in a marketing, design, or client-facing role (a relevant degree is great, but attitude and follow-through matter more to us)

Pay: $30–35/hr, depending on experience.
