Foreman / Site Supervisor

Redpath is currently partnered with a highly regarded T2 head contractor with an excellent reputation across the industry, a strong company culture and a healthy pipeline of work.

They deliver a diverse range of projects across Aged Care, Commercial, Industrial and Education up to $100m and are looking to add an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to their high-performing team.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to drive programme, quality and successful project delivery.

About you

• At least 5-6 years' experience with a T2 head contractor or similar environment
• Ideally delivered projects in the similar sectors (Aged Care, Industrial, Education or Commercial) up to $70M +
• Must be trade qualified or hold a construction degree (Project Management or Construction Management)
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Confident managing subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Someone who takes ownership, proactive attitude, has a strong work ethic and wants to do well
