What you’ll be doing
Completing the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing
Learning to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
Performing ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
Carrying out glass chip repairs
Delivering exceptional customer service
Representing the O’Brien brand with pride and professionalism
What we’re looking for
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term career
Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
Comfortable engaging with customers
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
Automotive industry experience & manual licence (highly regarded)
