What you’ll be doing

  • Completing the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing

  • Learning to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards

  • Performing ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations

  • Carrying out glass chip repairs

  • Delivering exceptional customer service

  • Representing the O’Brien brand with pride and professionalism

What we’re looking for

  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools

  • Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term career

  • Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable engaging with customers

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills

  • Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure

  • Automotive industry experience & manual licence (highly regarded)
