One of Brisbane's best in-house corporate legal opportunities (a role we would typically see in Sydney or Melbourne) has just become available.

Our client is a leading ASX listed organisation seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its Brisbane legal team in a broad corporate advisory role.

The role

Working closely with senior executives, Treasury and Company Secretariat, you'll advise across a diverse range of matters including corporate governance, listed company obligations, treasury, capital management, strategic projects and selected M&A activity.

This isn't a role focused solely on transactions. Instead, it offers the opportunity to become a trusted adviser across a broad corporate portfolio while working on complex, high-profile matters that help shape the business.

About you

• Approximately 8+ years' PAE

• Strong corporate and commercial experience gained in top tier/national firm private practice and/or in-house

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• The confidence to engage with senior executives and boards

• Exposure to listed company matters will be viewed favourably
