GYG North Lakes is looking for an energetic an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team to continue to deliver the best GYG experience possible!

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Previous success in meeting KPI’s
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

RSA, Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid certificates preferred (or the willingness to obtain them).
