About the Role

Join our close-knit team at Aranda House as a Case Manager, guiding residents through recovery, building genuine relationships, and helping them build life skills and relapse prevention plans in a structured Therapeutic Community.

Duties

  • Guide residents through their daily program, from morning handover to evening wind-down
  • Design and deliver individual treatment and relapse prevention plans
  • Manage resident intake, induction, and ongoing case reviews
  • Facilitate group therapy, community meetings, and cultural programs
  • Support residents with practical next steps like housing and job applications

Skills & Experience

  • Case management experience, including direct client support and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Solid grasp of AOD recovery principles, harm minimisation, and client-centred practice
  • Motivational Interviewing skills and confidence facilitating group therapy and community meetings
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and eligible for NT Ochre Card
