Site Supervisor/Foreman - Tiling High-rise Apartment

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor / Foreman to join a growing tiling subcontractor specialising in Class 2 high-rise residential/commercial projects across Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tiling and waterproofing works across Class 2 residential and large-scale commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections, defects and completion.
• Liaise with builders, site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep works on schedule.
• Maintain site documentation, inspections, quality requirements and WHS standards.

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Leading Hand/Site Foreman with a tiling/waterproofing subcontractor on Class 2 apartment projects of 100+ units.
• Good understanding of the construction process from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections and defects.
• Confident coordinating trades and maintaining high-quality standards on site.
• Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
