This is an entry-level field-based role and prior moderation experience is not mandatory.

What you'll do:

Visit assigned customer locations

Capture photos and videos according to project guidelines

Upload collected data using your personal laptop

Interact professionally with customers

Follow SOPs and complete daily reporting

Travel locally to assigned locations

Own car

Valid Australian driver's licence

Personal laptop

Comfortable with local travel

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Brisbane: South Brisbane, West End, Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, New Farm, Bowen Hills, Ascot, Kelvin Grove + surrounding areas

Melbourne: Melbourne metropolitan area
