Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain SAP HR/HCM & Australian Payroll processes across PA, OM, PY and Time Management.
  • Manage Australian payroll compliance including STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave and Long Service Leave.
  • Support terminations, redundancies, year-end payroll activities, reconciliations and legislative updates.
  • Perform impact assessments, troubleshooting and day-to-day production support.
  • Work closely with Payroll Managers, HR teams and business users and support integrations with SuccessFactors and other SAP systems.
