Project Manager

Reporting to a senior technology leader, you will take ownership of the delivery and coordination of a large-scale ERP implementation and associated business transformation activities.

It is a 3 year fixed term contract role offering $160,000 package.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing leadership across a complex, cross-functional ERP transformation program
• Managing the ERP implementation using recognised project management methodologies and best practice
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance, risk, change control and reporting frameworks
• Facilitating business process re-engineering and ensuring new processes are documented, tested and embedded
• Leading technical and business subject matter experts within a matrix environment
• Overseeing software implementation, integrations, quality assurance and testing activities

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

• Extensive project management experience within a large, complex corporate or government environment
• Demonstrated experience leading a large-scale software replacement or ERP implementation
• Strong experience evaluating and implementing complex Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• Proven vendor and contract management capability, including the ability to hold delivery partners accountable
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of technical and business professionals
• Strong business process improvement and transformation capability
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
