Estimating Administrator

Our client is a well-established, family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the residential roofing industry. Known across Melbourne for their commitment to quality, reliability and safety, they've built a reputation as a trusted, preferred installer within the new home building sector.

We are looking for an Estimating and Sales Administrator to support their busy estimating and sales function, playing a key role in keeping quotes accurate, timely and builders informed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing builder plans and quote requests, then providing clear guidance to the estimating team
• Checking and signing off on quotations prior to issue
• Acting as the main point of contact for builders, answering questions and following up outstanding quotes
• Providing broader administrative support across sales and estimating to keep the customer journey running smoothly

About You

• Able to confidently read and interpret residential building plans
• Background in estimating, sales or administration within the residential construction industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
