A leading Australian law firm with a national and international presence is looking to expand its Melbourne Corporate Law partnership, and is seeking one to two high-calibre partners to come across with a strong and established business case.

Croft & Fisher has been engaged to confidentially identify two potential partner-level appointments, together with the opportunity for those partners to bring across their established teams and practices.

Who we are looking for

We would be interested in speaking confidentially with established Corporate & Commercial lawyers who:

• Admitted to Practice and hold a Principal Practicing Certificate (or eligible to hold)
• Have a strong and established client following and/or practice.
• Currently a partner or operating at a level (perhaps in-house) appropriate for equity partnership.
• Meet the financial and strategic thresholds expected of an equity partner within a leading national firm.
• Are looking for a genuinely collaborative partnership environment and a platform for continued growth.
• Want to join a large, highly regarded organisation without compromising on culture or the quality of their professional relationships.
• interested in continued growth and joining a firm that supports growth aspirations.
