• Hybrid role - Offices based near Fitzroy
• Programmatic experience (StackAdapt) a bonus, not required

WHO WE ARE

We're an award-winning performance marketing agency with a team working across digital advertising, marketing automation, brand and content, and CRM. Our clients span education, property, retirement living, aged care, health, finance, B2B, events and NFP. We're actively building AI into how we plan, optimise and report, and we want people doing the same.

THE ROLE

You'll manage a range of clients end to end, from planning and executing new campaigns to optimising ones already live. This is lead generation work in considered, high-value purchase categories, where success is measured in qualified enquiry volume, lead quality and cost per acquisition. You'll take ownership of the entire path from ad impression through to landing page, form and enquiry, not just the platform side. You'll brief and critique creative, run A/B tests with sound methodology, build measurement frameworks that hold up to scrutiny, and handle technical setups across GTM and GA4. You'll also mentor other advertisers in the team and work with client services on new business.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High degree of experience delivering campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Technical capability in GTM, GA4 and Google Sheets formulas
• Practical experience applying AI to marketing workflows
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Ability to lead client engagements directly
