Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic IT Operations Evolution Project, focused on modernising IT operations, improving employee experience, strengthening security and governance, and driving automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Develop current and future-state process models
• Conduct solution and options analysis
• Produce high-quality BA and governance artefacts
• Coordinate UAT and business testing
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage multiple workstreams through discovery to implementation

• Microsoft Intune / Modern Device Management
• Cloud device provisioning and lifecycle management
• CMDB, asset discovery and software asset management
• Cloud resilience and backup
• Network and connectivity modernisation
• OT standardisation
• Engineering/CAD platforms
• Knowledge management and intranet transformation

Experience Required

• 7+ years' Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Experience across IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Management or Cyber Security
• Strong requirements, process analysis and UAT experience
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering projects from discovery through implementation
