Our client is a leading national commercial builder with an established presence across Australia, delivering high-quality projects across the government, education, health and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join their Perth team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a submissions or marketing professional looking for a long-term career with a progressive construction business. Working closely with Business Development, Estimating, Construction and Project teams, you will play a key role in coordinating high-quality, compliant and compelling tenders and EOIs that help secure new work.

As the central point of coordination across multiple internal departments, you will bring together people, information, content and design to deliver polished, project-winning submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of tender submissions including the complete revamp of templates and documentation in line with company branding
  • Complete coordination of tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
  • Content writing for the wider business
  • Assist Estimators / Directors in putting together Tender Presentations using Power Point & InDesign
  • Maintaining the company CRM system to in-turn ensure a better marketing reach for materials across leads, opportunities etc
  • Follow up clients on submissions, ensure feedback from clients is recorded and ensure improvements & suggestions are implemented in future submissions
  • Exposure to wider marketing tasks such as website and social media management, networking events & creation of marketing collateral. Work across a brand refresh project and many more!

About You:

  • Experience in submissions, bids, proposals, marketing or communications, ideally within construction.
  • Relevant qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong writing, editing and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite/InDesign, Canva and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines, work autonomously and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • A proactive approach with initiative, sound judgement and a genuine interest in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $110-140k+superannuation.
