Site Supervisor - Fitout/Services

CGC Recruitment is partnering with a leading Tier 1 commercial contractor to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor with strong Building Services experience to join its WA delivery team.

This is an opportunity to work on a major, technically complex Perth-based project, taking ownership of key services packages within a highly experienced and well-resourced project team.

With a strong pipeline of major projects across WA, this is a permanent opportunity offering excellent project exposure and long-term career progression.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Engineers and Services team, you'll coordinate the on-site delivery and integration of major building services packages based in Perth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supervising and coordinating building services subcontractors
• Managing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services interfaces
• Coordinating services with structure, architectural and other construction packages
• Driving short-term programmes, sequencing and site coordination
• Monitoring installation against drawings, specifications and programme
• Managing QA, ITPs, inspections and defect close-out
• Identifying and resolving services clashes and constructability issues
• Driving safety, quality and productivity across your work fronts
• Supporting commissioning and handover activities

About You

We're particularly interested in speaking with Supervisors who have strong services experience on major commercial projects.

Ideally, You'll Have

• Site Supervisor / Services Supervisor experience within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of building services installation and coordination
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and/or fire packages
• Commercial building experience
• Exposure to technically complex or services-intensive projects
• Strong subcontractor management and programming capability
• Excellent understanding of QA and HSE requirements
