Recruitment Advisor

Come and join a project team as a high-volume blue-collar recruiter for 3 months.

Our client is in the midst of a high-volume, blue-collar recruitment campaign and requires the expertise of a number of recruitment advisors to join their team for a three-month temporary contract.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, creating candidate pools and pipelines, pre-screening, interviewing and supporting the team with other tasks where required.

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter who has the ability to manage high-volume portfolios. Mining experience is not required but the ability to pick up processes and compliance is essential. The role is based in our Eastern Suburbs, and a car will be required.

This position requires an immediate start and will be for a 3-month period.
