In this role you will work with an extremely friendly and successful partner and senior lawyers who are leaders in the field and reap the rewards of working in tax and also commercial law for a national firm. You will be working with a range of corporate and commercial clients, providing advice in all areas of taxation and taxation implications for major business transactions, including interesting M & A / acquisition and disposal of businesses and property. Also gain exposure to complicated taxation planning and structuring, trusts, and Capital Gains Australian Taxation Office audits, and litigation.
