Home Lands Group is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Manager – Sales to join our Melbourne operations.

• 10+ years of proven sales experience

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field

• MBA will be an added advantage

• Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala

• Tamil will be an added advantage

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision

• Motivational personality with a strong “CAN-DO” attitude

• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment

• Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
