You'll lead strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture and business engagement, ensuring every technology investment, project and initiative is aligned to organisational priorities and our long-term objectives. About the role
Reporting to the Manager Information & Technology, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team spanning business partnering, enterprise architecture, project delivery and business analysis. You'll sit at the centre of how the City plans, prioritises and delivers technology-enabled change, from demand management and portfolio governance through to hands-on delivery.
A snapshot of your new role
- Lead the development and delivery of the City's Information & Technology Strategy and technology roadmap.
- Drive enterprise architecture, technology governance and strategic technology planning.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
- Oversee technology project delivery, portfolio governance and demand management.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across business partnering, business analysis and project delivery.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement.
What you will bring to the role
- Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams across technology strategy, architecture, business engagement and project delivery.
- Significant experience delivering technology strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks and transformation initiatives.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Current National Police Clearance and Driver's Licence.
