E&I Commissioning Supervisor - Greenfield Mining Project

$190,000 Base + 40% Site Uplift + Super | FIFO 2:1 | 6 Months + Follow-On Project

We are currently seeking an experienced

E&I Commissioning Supervisor for a major greenfield mining project in WA, with the crusher project now entering the commissioning phase.

This is a genuine greenfield commissioning opportunity and we are specifically looking for someone who has performed a similar E&I commissioning supervision role on large-scale greenfield projects.

The Opportunity

  • $190,000 base salary + 40% site uplift + super
  • FIFO 2:1 roster
  • Approximately 6 months remaining on the current project
  • Project is currently moving through commissioning and completion
  • Following completion, the successful candidate will transition onto another major greenfield construction project in WA
  • Long-term opportunity across multiple large-scale projects

About You

We are looking for an experienced E&I Supervisor with a strong greenfield construction and commissioning background.

Your Experience Should Ideally Come From

  • Major mining and resources projects
  • Large-scale greenfield construction
  • Heavy industrial projects
  • Oil & gas / energy infrastructure

Greenfield experience is essential. Candidates whose background is predominantly brownfield, maintenance or shutdown work will not be considered.

You will need to demonstrate previous experience supervising E&I works through the pre-commissioning, commissioning and completion phases of a major project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an E&I Commissioning Supervisor on major greenfield projects
  • Strong electrical and instrumentation commissioning experience
  • Previous large-scale resources, mining, heavy industrial or oil & gas experience
  • Current BHP WAIO inductions - essential
  • S26 appointment - highly desirable, but not essential
  • Strong understanding of commissioning, testing, punch-listing and project handover
  • Excellent site leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to commit to a FIFO 2:1 roster

This is an opportunity to join a major project already at commissioning stage, with the added benefit of a follow-on greenfield project once the current works are completed.

Candidates from predominantly brownfield, maintenance or shutdown backgrounds will not be considered.
