Debt & Capital Markets Project Lead (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Debt & Capital Markets professional to support a major financing workstream within a large and complex organisation.

Working closely with the finance leadership team, you will help deliver a mini debt refinancing and support the launch of a formal corporate credit rating process.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Refinancing (Primary Focus)

• Manage the end-to-end refinancing process

• Coordinate engagement with ~25 banking counterparties

• Support debt structuring and tranche analysis

• Work with external legal counsel to update facility documentation

• Prepare board and shareholder materials

Credit Rating Process (Secondary Focus)

• Support advisor and rating agency engagement

• Coordinate preparation of financial materials and management presentations

• Manage timelines and rating agency Q&A

Ideal Background

• Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance, project finance, or treasury

• Background in investment banking, infrastructure finance, advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance

• Strong stakeholder management across banks, advisors, and investors

• Proven ability to manage complex financing transactions

This is a hands-on project role working within a high-performing finance team on a strategic financing initiative.
