MARKETING CONSULTANT

Oceanic Wellbeing | 2 Days a Week | Hybrid — Subiaco, WA

Oceanic Wellbeing is a Perth-based holistic healthcare practice offering psychology, psychotherapy, workplace wellbeing, executive coaching, naturopathy, Chinese medicine and dietetics. We're looking for a creative, self-driven marketing consultant to help us tell our story.

THE ROLE

Two days a week, hybrid working (mostly from home) with regular catch-ups at our Subiaco clinic. You'll own our marketing across social, video, design, and email - helping us connect with clients, corporate partners, and the mining sector.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building and running our marketing plan

• Creating and managing social media content

• Shooting and editing videos (reels, founder content, testimonials)

• Designing flyers, posters and event collateral

• Writing and sending our newsletter

• Promoting our practitioners (psychologists, psychotherapists, naturopaths, dieticians)

• Keeping our website content fresh

• Tracking what's working and adjusting on the fly

• Marketing our events (workshops, community sessions, ocean swims) start to finish

WHAT WE'RE AFTER

• A track record in social media, content creation, design and basic video editing

• Confident working independently and managing your own workload

• Strong, adaptable writing — you can speak to a therapy client and a mine site manager in the same week

• Comfortable with tools like Canva/Adobe, CapCut/Premiere, and Mailchimp (or similar)

• Based in Perth, happy to pop into Subiaco for meetings

• Bonus: interest in mental health, coaching, or allied health
