SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant – TM/WMS

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant – TM/WMS to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme in Melbourne.

Work Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme with a focus on Transportation Management (TM/TMS) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM).
• Provide hands-on functional expertise across warehouse, transportation, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Analyse current business processes, identify gaps and support the design of future-state S/4HANA processes.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP TM/EWM and other S/4HANA modules/systems.
• Translate FMCG supply-chain requirements into practical SAP solutions and support process improvements and standardisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implementation partners and business users throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with SAP TM/TMS and/or WMS/EWM.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, testing and deployment.
• FMCG/Consumer Goods industry experience is preferred.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a transformation environment
