About the Role
We're looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our growing Customer Strategy team. Reporting to the new Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering customer engagement strategies that drive loyalty, retention, and long-term customer value across our portfolio of leading consumer brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded CRM professional who thrives on turning customer insights into meaningful experiences. You'll lead the delivery of CRM initiatives, optimise customer journeys, and champion the use of customer data to create personalised experiences that strengthen brand affinity and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Day-to-Day
- Define and execute CRM plans, including automations, triggers, and lifecycle journeys across our consumer brands
- Analyse customer engagement performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, personalisation, and customer lifetime value
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Service, and IT, as well as external retail partners, to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Support the design and enhancement of loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives
- Leverage customer data and digital technologies to uncover insights and optimise customer journeys
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve customer experiences and marketing effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional project working groups to develop, test, and implement customer-focused solutions
- Monitor and optimise CRM platform performance while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
You're a strategic thinker who understands how to combine data, technology, and customer insights to create exceptional customer experiences. You're commercially minded, highly analytical, and passionate about driving engagement and loyalty.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience managing CRM, marketing automation, lead nurture, and loyalty programs
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and broader Salesforce CRM platforms highly regarded
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to leverage customer data and digital technologies to drive engagement opportunities
Experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across a fast-paced organisation
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
Bonus points if you've worked in customer experience strategy, process mapping, CRM optimisation, personalisation, AI-enabled marketing, or loyalty program development.
